Important Notice

7 July 2026

Holland Price & Associates is currently investigating a cyber incident involving unauthorised access to our Microsoft 365 business account by an unknown third party. This has resulted in us losing access to these accounts.

As soon as we became aware of this incident, we enacted our incident response plan, contacted Microsoft who locked out any and all users and we began work to ensure the security of our systems to determine what happened.

We wish to assure you that we have been working closely with Microsoft to attempt to recover access to our Microsoft 365 accounts, however access has been deemed unrecoverable and we believe Microsoft have since deleted the accounts.

As a result, we have now set up new business and email accounts. You can obtain our new email by contacting Scott Price on 044 738 4179 or sending us a message from our Contact page on this website. We will be using this new email address moving forward. Please do not open or respond to any emails from our old email address price@hpaccountants.com.au going forward.

We have engaged experts from across the cyber security industry to assist with our response to the incident and we are currently re-building our internal systems from the ground up to ensure that there is no risk of reoccurrence.

We are also liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as well as relevant authorities in response to this incident alongside various experts across the cyber security industry.

We would also like to assure you that we have not detected any misuse or disclosure of any of our data.

We thank our clients for their understanding and patience as we work through this process. We will provide further updates as our investigation progresses. Any questions should be directed to Scott Price.
